Satisfaction or Your Money Back
In case of a complaint referring to a service that does not correspond to the description in the brochure of the College Unamuno (CU), you must present it in writing to the administration of the College before finishing the first week. CU will rectify the situation within a period of 24 hours. If the service that caused the complaint had not been modified in agreement by the brochure, there are two possibilities:
- If we agree with you, we will return to you the total amount of the course and the accommodation.
- If we do not reach a friendly agreement with you, the complaint will be handled by the competent authorities of the Committee of Castile and León that will solve the case in favour or in opposition to the refund of the corresponding money.
Communicate in Spanish in two weeks
If you register in the course 2 intensive course for TWO consecutive weeks, and you do not obtain it, having attended at least 90 % of the classes, CU offers you free another week of course.

Independent of the number of students registered per level.
Teachers
All our teachers are natives and licentiates in Hispanic Philology.
Always the appropriate level
CU offers all Spanish levels, adapted to the European reference frame, from initial up to advanced. Every Friday there is a level review and if you do not agree with the group in which you have been classified, you can consult with the study chief and he will check your level again.
Between friends
If you are not satisfied with your family during the first week, you can change to another one without explanations and without any additional expense.
Always less than 30 minutes away
Your accommodation, on foot or using the public transport, will always be a maximum of 30 minutes away from the College.
